“Krosno 2” Investment Zone

Production Hall of the Industrial Development Agency

The “Krosno – Airport” Investment Zone is an area located in the southern part of the city, in the vicinity of Lotników – Prezydenta Ryszarda Kaczorowskiego streets. The area is designated for industrial and service investments,. Land is fully equipped and covered by zoning plans.

  • Total area: 49.5923 hectares,
  • Sold-out area: 40.4995 hectares (86%).

  • Employment status: 664 jobs.

The Zone was developed in two stages:

  • Stage I, implemented in the years 2007-2013 – infrastructure development of approximately 35 hectares under the project titled ‘Increasing the attractiveness of the city of Krosno through comprehensive preparation of areas for investment’ funded by the Operational Program for the Development of Eastern Poland 2007-2013,
  • Stage II, implemented in the years 2010-2015 as part of the project titled ‘Development of the socio-economic activity zone in the vicinity of the Krosno airport’ funded by the Regional Operational Program of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship 2007-2013. The area of the zone increased to approximately 49.6 hectares.

The first investors acquired land in 2013, these are Splast Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. and Eco-Line Sp. z o.o.

Companies investing in the zone can benefit from income tax exemptions within the Polish Investment Zone and property tax exemptions.

“Krosno 2” Investment Zone

A new investment zone covering an area of approximately 100 hectares is being established in the area annexed to Krosno since January 1, 2021. The site is located along National Road No. 19, in the vicinity of the planned Krosno intersection on the under-construction expressway S19. The area is adjacent to railway line No. 108.

Currently, the process of developing the zoning plan, road system construction, and infrastructure network is underway. The zone is designated for innovative investments in the manufacturing and service sectors.

“Krosno 2” Investment Zone

Area of property: 11.6 ha

The Industrial Development Agency S.A. is constructing an industrial hall in Krosno, intended for rent or leasing.

Basic information:

  • Location: Krosno, Prezydenta R. Kaczorowskiego Street,
  • Usable floor space in the production hall: 3 512.58 m2,
  • Production hall height: 6.5 m,
  • Usable floor space of the office section: ground floor – 429.40 m2, first floor – 306.75 m2,
  • Scheduled date for the hall to be handed over for use: August 2024.

There is a possibility to expand the hall to 5000 m2.
